Creekside Veterinary Clinic & Pet Grooming is a locally owned veterinary clinic in Black Earth, founded on the belief that veterinary care should be personal, thoughtful, and tailored to each individual pet and family.

Led by Dr. Hoffman, our clinic provides comprehensive care for dogs and cats at every life stage—from first puppy and kitten visits to senior care and end-of-life support. We proudly serve Black Earth and the surrounding communities with a relationship-centered approach to veterinary medicine.

Creekside Veterinary Clinic & Pet Grooming is proud to call Black Earth, WI home. Dr. Hoffman developed a deep appreciation for this region and its people while living nearby during veterinary school, and the clinic was intentionally built to serve this community.

Creekside Veterinary Clinic is known for its thoughtful integration of traditional veterinary medicine with evidence-informed holistic care.

Some pets thrive with conventional medical treatments alone. Others benefit from holistic approaches such as whole-food–based supplements, select herbal therapies, chiropractic care, laser therapy, and other supportive modalities. Many do best with a combination of both.

With over 20 years of experience incorporating holistic therapies alongside standard medical protocols, Dr. Hoffman works closely with families to determine what approach is right for each individual patient. We respect and support families who prefer solely traditional care, solely holistic care, or a blended approach.
